The OSHA 30 Hour Outreach covers the following required topics:
  • Introduction to OSHA - 1 Hour

  • OSHA Focus Four Hazards - 6 Hours
           Fall Protection - 2 Hours
           Electrical - 2 Hours
           Struck By - 1 Hour
           Caught In/Between - 1 Hour

  • Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment - 2 Hours

  • Health Hazards in Construction - 2 Hours

  • Stairways and Ladders - 1 Hour

  • Managing Safety and Health - 2 Hours

The OSHA 30 Hour Outreach also covers the following elective topics: (These electives will be determined based on individual class needs. Not all topics will be covered in each class.)
